Alice Dendinger, SPHR


With over 30 years of experience, Alice Dendinger, SPHR, has in-depth knowledge in the field of Human Resource Management and Organizational Development. Through consulting, training, and coaching, she has focused her work on strategic management, organizational development, employee relations and communication, mediation and conflict resolution, performance management; and assisting the leaders, managers, supervisors, and direct reports at every level to “work better together.”

She founded PivotU to provide the business world with a unique, CustomCore, and meaningful approach to training, learning and transformation. She is a pre-approved provider of HRCI recertification credits at a strategic and general level, and has contributed to the advancement of the HR profession through her involvement with many nonprofit boards and organizations. Alice is also President of the Alice Dendinger Alliance Group providing HR consulting, coaching and mediation services. She holds a BS in Business, MA in Communication and several professional certifications.

Known for connecting with her audience, Alice has spoken at professional events of all sizes including human resources conferences and associations, industry groups, business schools, keynote, panels, and more. Alice was inducted into the HR Southwest Conference Speaker Hall of Fame in 2014.
