ProStar Coach Within Your Organization – Tools, Tips, Technology
Coaching inside your organization is approached much differently than bringing in an external professional coach. Often, what the external coach does, the HR professional or other supervisors, managers, leaders within the organization can do with the proper training on how to be a ProStar Coach. Imagine if you had a “culture of coaching” where an employee could select an internal co-worker to help coach them. People at every level – not just the key executives – could receive quality coaching and feedback. Attend this two day program focused on learning how to be an internal coach, and you will be able to immediately apply your new skills, tools and technology to help support your co-workers. You will be part of a cohort that will have access to virtual support to guide you as you learn to coach. ProStar Coaches can help employees master the people skills and personal strengths they need to handle the challenges they face every day on the job. Your learning will be sustained and elevated as you work for six months following the program with your own ProStar Accountability Coach.
